Lagoon Day

I took Abby and Zoey to Lagoon for the first time yesterday.  It was my dad's birthday and it seemed like a good day to have fun and celebrate.  At Disneyland, Abby wasn't really into the rides, but with the absence of characters to maul, the rides were fantastic.  Abby and Sherry went on rides while I went on the a few big rides with my Dad, Brad and Scott.  Then we switched and Sherry went on big rides while I took Abby on her little rides.  It has been at least 10 years since I've been to Lagoon and at least four years since I've gone anything that even closely resembles, "death defying".  I don't know if I'm the only one, but since having my children, my poor body doesn't react the same way on rides.  I used to be pretty easy going and now I feel like I may die - but I kind of liked it.  Still the best part about Lagoon is people watching.  It gives you something to do while you wait.  I always enjoy the people in their hideously inappropriate clothing.   Too short, too tight, too little.  Whatever it is, it's always a good show at Lagoon!  We had a great time!  Thanks to my family for the fun day!

This is how Zoey and my mom spent the day - together in the shade.  Zoey is the best little people watcher.  She loves to watch watch whatever is going on.  She was the best baby all day long!
