Happy 30th Birthday to Ned!!!

Ned and Bob turned 30 on June 20th. Erin and I planned a big party for them at our house. It was really fun! We made a picture video of their lives and it was the hit of the party. We played it on a TV that was right in the middle of the room so that everyone could at one time or another view it. We had a great dinner and cake and ice cream. I am so grateful for Erin and all that she did. I am also so grateful to my sister who was the best GO-To girl ever! I could ask her to do anything that day and she'd do it. As Erin was leaving that night I said, "Well, at least we don't have to do this again for 10 years." Erin responded, "I say that we celebrate their 40th in Hawaii or somewhere." I totally agree!
Ned,
I hope you enjoyed your party! I love you and am so lucky to have spent the last 7 of 30 years with you! We love you and miss you while you are gone. Thanks for working so hard for our little family. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Love,
Mel and Abby

How much fun! That is a great idea with the picture video. My husband turns 30 this year too - so I have been looking for ideas :)
