Nathan got transfered this week, making his P-day today.  This makes for.....Missionary Monday on Tuesday.

August 3, 2010:
"Well... I'm getting transferred!!! Yes this is very sad...but I'm really excited also!  I was looking forward to having another transfer with Elder Millerberg, and Moreso, in RUFINO!!!!  My new area is called Funes.. pronounced foo-nez.  My new companion is Elder Swank. I don't know much about him other than he has about 9 months left.  It's (Funes) a pueblo smaller than Rufino, but I'm pretty sure that we have another tiny pueblo that we will work also, so I am very excited!!! It's in the Rosario West Zone, which means that I get to go to McDonald's tomorrow because it's across the street from the bus stop in Rosario!!!!!!  I will be in another 2 man apartment though.. ugh.. sometimes... after talking to the same person all day long you need to talk to someone else.. haha. Well I will go up to my new area right oustide of rosario tomorrow morning. I feel like I'm having to leave home again!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Isabel is so strong and ready to get baptized she is very excited for it.  She came to church on Sunday and can't wait. Then Fabiana, our strongest member who was baptized 7 months ago, who stopped selling and doing cocaine and marijuana, brought one of her friends to church that also wants to get baptized! We taught her about the restoration and asked her what she was thinking and feeling.  She has been going to the Evangelist church here (there's legitimately one on every other block) and she said she didn't believe in God. But since coming to church and being taught she said she is believing now.  We asked her at the end of the lesson if she would say the prayer, we were teaching her outside since there wasn't a man there, and she said, 'sure.'  So she just knelt down and prayed and then she told us she wants to get baptized!"

"Also we were cutting a potato and for some reason the inside was straight purple.  We decided it had Weber State Pride!  And those Oreos are about the only thing here that taste the exact same as in America...wasn't there slogan for a bit.. 'America's favorite cookie'? cause I know it's milk's, but America's also right?  Also my best attempt at making a salad like grandma haha "
