Missionary Monday on Wednesday

Nathan's email didn't get here until yesterday and I didn't get to this until today.  So...without further ado....Missionary Monday on Wednesday.

Well...we aren´t sure why but randomly we have transfers this week on Friday, so P- day is today for some reason...once again I don´t know why... haha!  But this week was good mostly...it was filled with some ups and downs, and a little sadly the biggest ended on a down, but it won´t finish on a down!!!

It was a fun week. Favio came to our English class again and then that night we got four more calls for this next week. I hope that they will come!!!  It is now firefly season I guess because for the first time I saw them this week and then on the way home one night we caught 17 and put them in my scripture case then put them in a jar...I won´t tell you how that story ended.. but it sufficeth to say that they looked cool in the jar that night...RIP...but they are cool! They are everywhere...it's fun to just look out and see them...everyone just acts like it's normal...since it is...haha.

Anyway...I am excited for transfers and I don´t know if I'm going if Elder Swank is going but I'm pretty sure he´ll leave and I'll stay. I hope that I will get a Latino so I can just speak Spanish!!! But who knows!  I am so grateful for the gospel and for the opportunity we have to be able to go to church everyweek and feel of the spirit...it's like pulling teeth to get someone to go here, but once they go they feel the Spirit and want it more in their lives. We are so blessed to be able to go every Sunday.

*Note: The picture is not of the fireflies that Nathan caught but rather an awesome GE ad.  I was hoping for a picture from Nathan, but I didn't get one....He was too busy washing his clothes in a bucket.  Seriously....a bucket!  When he gets home I may just buy him his own washing machine....or he could give his laundry to my mom - that's maybe the better idea.

Haha. I washed my clothes in a bucket my entire mission. As soon as I'd be transferred out of an apartment, the Mission President would put a washing machine in it. Seriously! It stunk!
