30 Days of Gratitude....the final installment

This is my last installment of '30 days of Gratitude'.  I must say that I have enjoyed writing about the things I am most grateful for.  I know that the list could go get quite lengthy if I were to really list everything and everyone that I am grateful for.  I hope the faithful readers (all three of you) have enjoyed my lists.  It has helped me to remember what this season and holiday (Thanksgiving) are really about.  And now the final items:

#29 - My testimony.  Each week I post a report from my brother serving an LDS mission in Argentina.  That's about as preachy as this blog gets.  If you can call that preachy.  I call it informational.  Not only can you keep up on what he's doing, but through the posted links you can, if you choose, learn more about our church.  I feel like this is an appropriate time to share what I know.  What I know.  My testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Plan of Salvation are some of the most important things I have.  I can tell you that I know that Christ lives.  I know that he died for our sins and was resurrected.   I know that the Book of Mormon is true and I know that Joseph Smith restored the only true church to this earth.   I know that when we die we can be with our loved ones again and that death is not an end to our families.  I believe in the power of prayer and that my prayers can and will be answered.  I know that I can speak to my Heavenly Father anytime and anywhere.  Through the good and hard times in my life, these pieces of knowledge have helped me through.  I am so very grateful for my testimony and the comfort that it has provided throughout my life.

#30 - And saving the best for last......drum roll please.....My darling little family.  I have been grateful for each individual, but now I want to be grateful for them as a whole.  When Ned and I got married we were more of a couple than a family.  The minute Abby was born we were a family.  It was simple yet the emotions were anything but.  The minute Abby was born I realized what real love was.  After a time we decided that it was time to add to our family.  Zoey was born and our love multiplied.  Our family changed for the better and now I can barely remember what life was like without her.  I feel like she's been here all along.  We have such a great time as a family.  We really do love to laugh and spend time together.  Time is hard especially for us, but we do the best we can.  I head a quote recently that said, "When it comes to family love is really spelled T-I-M-E."  I feel so blessed to have Ned and our two beautiful daughters.  I am so grateful for my darling little family.

Well, there you have it.  A full 30 days of gratitude in 9 posts.  It wasn't really what I had in mind when I set out on this gratitude journey, but it did go the exact way I suspected it would.
