Are You Watching?

Are you watching American Idol?  You should be. The new judges are way better than the old ones.  The critiques are much kinder yet just as hilarious.  And the surprise of the season is that Steven Tyler is completely awesome.  He's maybe the oldest "rocker" on the planet.  Maybe not.  He's maybe be the coolest though.  Maybe not.  My favorite thing about the guy are his girly shirts and  the fact that his "rocker" persona gets totally blown when he puts on his bifocals. Hilarious!  And then there's Jennifer Lopez.  How could the show not be good with her on it?  She isn't popping pills or sugar coating the crap.  She's awesome.  Randy Jackson is the same as always. I could always tolerate him the most of all the others anyway.  I don't watch the show for the "budding, young talent", no no.  I watch it for the comments and the off chance that there will be another good dude I like as much as Daughtry.  Entertaining?  Yes.  Waste of time?  Probably.  Am I still gonna hang on for the rest of the season.  Yes.  Thanks to the wonderful DVR, I can watch another reality show quickly and can fast forward past the parts that are stupid.  There isn't much that's too stupid yet.  We'll see how the rest goes.  I may keep you informed.
