St. Patrick's Day - 20 days later

St. Patrick's Day....I never do anything fun like the cute leprechaun things, but I do make sure we all wear green.  We spent the day with my fantastic friend Ainsley and her daughter Evelyn.   Um....how cute it this little girl?
The only fun thing we did was make green cupcakes.  They were especially good because they had chocolate cream cheese frosting on them.   DELICIOUS! 

Happy St. Patrick's Day even if it is 20 days later. 
Now....go eat some cupcakes with chocolate cream cheese frosting!

Yummm... that chocolate cream cheese frosting was so good. I'll have to get the recipe from you some time.
